Danny L. Berry

Danny Lynn Berry, 72, of Lafayette, IN, passed away on June 24, 2025. He was born on January 24, 1953 in Merced, California to the late Lindbergh and Grace (Murphy) Berry. Danny graduated from Harrison High School in 1971. He worked as a truck driver for 50 years before retiring. Danny was a member of Kossuth Street Baptist Church. Surviving are his daughters, Gretchen (Victor) Alvizar and Bridget Berry; his step-children, Kristina Shearer and Adam Lowery; his grandchildren, Xander Berry-Laws, Ryan Alvizar, Macy Shearer, Shelby Shearer, Kirsten (Jay) Shearer-Foster; and great grandchildren, Karrisa, Jayse, Kratos, A.J., and Austin. He was preceded in death by his step-mother, Maxine Berry and his wife, June Lowery-Berry. A memorial service will be held at Kossuth Street Baptist Church at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2025.
