Robert (Jimmy) James Dawson Jr. April 23, 1977 – September 1, 2025 Age 48 | Peoria, Arizona Robert "Jimmy" James Dawson Jr., 48, of Peoria, Arizona, passed away on September 1, 2025. Born on April 23, 1977, in Okinawa, Japan, Jimmy was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend whose warmth, humor, and dedication touched the lives of all who knew him. Jimmy built a distinguished career with RF Installations, where he began as a Field Manager and steadily rose through the ranks to become Regional Manager. His hard work, leadership, and integrity earned him numerous awards and the deep respect of colleagues throughout the industry. He wasn't just a leader-he was a mentor and friend to many, and the team he built at RFI became like a second family to him. Outside of work, Jimmy had a passion for sports-especially football and baseball. A proud and lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, he was an avid collector of sports memorabilia. Outside of his work attire, it was rare to see him wearing anything that didn't feature the Cowboys star. His loyalty to his team ran deep, and his love for the game was infectious. He is survived by his loving daughter, Alyssa Dawson; his parents, Robert (Bob) Dawson Sr. and Kalaya Dawson; his sisters, Oiy Sriboonpeng (Sam) and Geina Dawson (William); and his cherished niece, Bobbie Sriboonpeng. He also leaves behind his loyal dog and companion, Stevie, along with the family he built at work and a wide circle of dear friends who will miss him deeply. Jimmy will be remembered for his dedication to family, his drive and success in his career, his sense of humor, and his unwavering team spirit. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the honor of knowing him.
