Cecil Meade Obituary

Cecil Meade was born April 28, 1937 to Harold and Neola (nee Gibson) Meade and passed away July 4, 2018 at the age of 81.

He worked at Irwin Augerbit and was a U.S. Air Force veteran, and loved to play basketball.

He is survived by his wife, Bulah (nee Mullins) Meade; children, Cindy Lou Meade, Cecil Meade Jr. and Peggy Sue Sewell; 25 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; and brother, James Meade.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Theodore Meade; and three sisters.

Friends will be received on Monday July 9 from 11- a.m.-1 p.m. at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester. Graveside services with military honors will follow at the Clinton County Memory Gardens, Wilmington.
