Jenniffer Bowersock

Jenniffer Bowersock, age 44, of Bexley, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus with her family by her side. She was born July 17, 1980, in Lancaster, to Bryan Floyd and Barbara (West) Howard. She was a 1998 graduate of East Clinton High School, in Lees Creek, Ohio. She graduated from Hocking College in 2005 with three children in tow, with her degree in Nursing - she was proudly the first college graduate in her family.

She was led to the Hospice career path due to her grandmother Dorothy West's passing from Breast Cancer. Jenny worked for several years at Fairhope Hospice where she took great pride in helping ease the pain and suffering of others. She was baptized at and had previously attended the Sabina Church of Christ. Jenny enjoyed coloring adult coloring books, sunflowers, 80's rock music, and taking long walks. She loved fishing and spending time with her friends and family.

She is survived by her children, Madeline (Seth Mandeville) Bowersock, Hayden (MattieGrace) Bowersock, and Lily (Dilan Gregory) Bowersock, all of Lancaster; mother, Barbara (Timothy) Howard, of Leesburg; father, Bryan (Phyllis) Floyd, of Richmond, KY; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Penelope, Scarlett, Noa, and Urban; brother, Bryan (Amber) Floyd, of Sabina; two nephews; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025, at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, 111 W. Main St., Amanda. Interment will follow at Amanda Township Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service Friday at the funeral home.
