Layton and Alan,
Sorry to read about your mother. I appreciated the part of my Clinton Massie experience they played. I will never forget the way your mom conned me into taken that ride in "the camper" to Lake Cowan. May your wonderful memories fill the void left by the loss of your mother.

Dear Layton and Alan,
My brother and I stood up for your parents wedding sometime in the late 50's or early 60's.
I tried to reach her a few years ago at the rehab center but they wouldn't tell me she was there due to the HIPPA law. Jerry had received a Christmas card with the return address so I knew she was there.
I had planned to visit but wasn't sure of her condition and couldn't find anyone who knew.
None the less, Jerry and I are very sorry to hear of her death. We took many trips together before she was married and always had a great time!!
My mom and Jerry and Norma were into antiques but I wasn't.
Your Mother was such a wonderful lady and from the time we met her at Van Buren Jr High she has been a wonderful friend and teacher.
She will be sadly missed!!
I live in Texas and as you know, Jerry is bedridden.
Our condolences go out to all in the family!

Our sincere sympathy to all of Norma's family. We always admired her courage and success in raising Layton & Alan. As boys you should remember our Daughter Lesa and Son Daren who attended school with you. Fond memories. May your precious memories of happy times help to sustain you during this time of need and in the days to come. Your dear Mother rests in peace in the "mansion" our Lord and Savior has chosen for her. Rejoyce and thank God for her life!
