Rebecca Osborn Obituary

Rebecca Jo Osborn, 69, of Clarksville, Ohio passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025 at her residence. She was born September 19, 1955 in Warren County, Ohio, the daughter of Zula Fornshell Fairchild and Billy Charles Fairchild Sr.

Rebecca was a graduate of Wilmington High School. She had worked as an auto sort lead at Airborne Express and was a member of Sabina Baptist Church.

Rebecca is survived by her son, Wayne Osborn of Wilmington, Ohio; her mother, Zula Fornshell Fairchild of Sabina, Ohio; a brother, Bill Fairchild Jr.; six sisters, Debbie (Jim) Bruning, Beverly (Craig) Rasnic, Carol (Michael) Garcia, Jennifer (Jeff) Patterson, Ruth (Dave) Rhonemus, and Joyce Skeens; and two grandchildren, Wayden Osborn and Kenzi Osborn. She was also loved by many nieces and nephews.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her father, Billy Charles Fairchild Sr. and a sister, Cheryl Gilbert.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio followed by a funeral service at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday. Burial will be in Springfield Friends Cemetery.
