Andrew Hyde Obituary
He was the husband of Polly A. Walsh. Born in Stonington, CT, he lived most of his live in Northern RI. He was the son of the late Barbara and Robert Hyde.
He was employed at Electric Boat of Groton, CT, an offshore fisherman of Pt Judith, former member of the laborer's union, and was later self employed. He was an avid New England sports fan, and enjoyed participating in the 4th of July Ancients & Horribles Parade held in Chepachet, RI.
He is survived by his daughter Alicia of Providence, RI and his son Andrew Jr. of CT. He was also the beloved brother of Carol Carlson of Sunset Beach, NC, Christine Dewick of Stonington, CT and Jennifer Rand of Leicester, MA.
Calling hours will be held Friday from 5pm until 7pm in the Keene - Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd, North Smithfield. His funeral services will be private. www.brownfuneralhomes.com
