Anna Lucas Obituary
was the beloved wife of David C. Lucas. Mr & Mrs. Lucas had been married for forty-three years.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Edward J. and Adeline (Salhany) Gugel, she had lived in California for the past fifty years.
Mrs. Lucas was a schoolteacher in the Rowland School District for over twenty years.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sisters, Edwina Babiec of North Attleboro, Massachusetts and Mary Martins, of Cumberland; one brother, Edward J. Gugel, Jr. of Pawtucket; and nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Helen LaFreniere and Dianne Gugel.
A Requiem Eucharist will be celebrated Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Paul's Episcopal Church, 50 Park Place, Pawtucket. burial will follow in Newell Burying Ground, South Attleboro, Massachusetts.
