April McLaughlin Obituary
Born on Block Island, New Shoreham, she was a daughter of Gwendolyn (Powell) Hart of Block Island and the late John Jacobsen. April had resided in Pawtucket for fifty-five years.
She had been a secretary at Polymetallurgical, Attleboro for eighteen years. April enjoyed playing Hi-Low-Jack and was an avid sports fan.
Besides her husband and mother, she leaves a son, Jason T. McLaughlin and his wife, Alana Bergeron of Pawtucket; a granddaughter, Alyssa McLaughlin of Connecticut; a brother, John Jacobsen of Block Island and a sister, Allison Male of Pawtucket.
Services will be private. Visitation and flowers are respectfully omitted. Memorial gifts to the American Lung Association, 260 West Exchange St., Suite 102-B, Providence, RI 02903 would be appreciated. For online condolences visit: TRIPPFUNERALHOME.com

April was a childhood friend. She lived two houses away. She was someone who always laughed. We moved from Darlingdale Ave many years ago but she is unforgettable. So very sorry for your loss.
