Beatrice M. "Bea" Becker

BELLINGHAM - Beatrice "Bea" M. (Pelczar) Becker, 76, of Bellingham, MA passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2021 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Boston, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late James H. Becker and the loving mother of Jeffrey H. Becker of Lynn, MA. She leaves her cherished grandchildren Joshua H. Becker, Jarrid H. Becker and her great-grandson Brayden. Born in Lawrence, MA on October 29, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Olimpia (Stabile) Pelczar. She was the sister of Dorothy Amato of Methuen, MA and the late Joseph Pelczar and his wife Lorraine of Salem, NH. She also leaves several nieces and nephews.

Bea was a longtime resident of Bellingham, formally of Springfield and Lawrence where she was raised. She was a graduate of Lawrence High School Class of 1962. She was affectionately known as Beautiful Bea Becker. Bea was a Senior Teller for many years at Bank of America until retiring in 2006.

Bea enjoyed being with people. She was the most kind, sweet, loving, thoughtful and caring person to all who knew her. She loved her family so much and her grand dog Vaughn. Bea will be greatly missed by her very dear friends, godchildren, grand nieces and nephews and especially the most wonderful and kind neighbors.
