Hey, BT! I miss you and Bevvie like crazy! Give each other a hug for me! I should have been with her - it wasn't right! I'm getting old but I'm still Martini! When I get to where you are, assuming souls eat, I'll make my clam sauce over linguine for you! Sending love, love love!

I had the privilege of working for Bentley Tobin as a young associate in the 1970s. His professionalism and knowledge served as an excellent example for so many over the years. My condolences are with his family.

Thanks to all for your thoughts about my Dad. He was a remarkable man, and his kind and sweet soul shone through to the end. While I am certainly in no way pressuring anyone to do so, if you would like to contribute to an excellent organization committed to fighting Alzheimer's, I recommend the Cure Alzheimer's Fund (the members of the organization's board of directors pay all administrative costs, and so 100 percent of donations go toward research). Contributions in my Dad's memory can be made at: http://curealz.org/in-memory/bentley-tobin.

Our B'nai Israel synagogue comunity, our larger Jewish community, the Woonsocket community, and the world will all suffer from this loss. Bentley Tobin made a difference, and reminds us that we can all do so. May the mourning of the family be brief, and may the memories and great stories go forever.

My sincere sympathy to the Tobin family. I was a classmate of Patty's at Woonsocket Junior High and enjoyed many fun times at the Tobin residence. May the happy times you enjoyed stay with you to keep the memories of your loved one alive in your heart.
