Claire L. Hebert

WOONSOCKET - Claire L. Hebert, 93, of Woonsocket passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on Holy Thursday evening April 2, 2015 at The Ballou Home.
Born in Woonsocket she was a daughter of the late Albert and Valada (Desautel) Gaudreau. She resided in Woonsocket for most of her life and lived on Cape Cod from 1995 to 2004.
Mrs. Hebert was employed in the local textile industry at Tech Industries and Bonte Spinning before retiring in 1984.
Claire enjoyed reading, bingo, singing and word puzzles. She had a passion for a variety of music and was a proud member of Red Sox nation.
She is survived by two sons Richard E. Hebert of FL, Robert D. Hebert and his wife, Beatrice, of Woonsocket and a daughter Jeanne C. Rocheleau of Bourne, MA. She was the mother of the late Dennis R. Hebert. She was the sister of Rita Tingley, Florence Brisette and Evelyn Tetreault all of Woonsocket and the late Edgar, Ernest, Edward, and Donat Gaudreau, and Cecile Rondeau. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren Michael, Karen, Shane, Travis, Doug, Tim, Keith and Jeff, 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10:00am in Precious Blood Church, Carrington Ave., Woonsocket. The burial service will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement Graymoor, P.O. Box 301 Garrison, N.Y. 10524. Arrangements are by the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket.
