Hey Dad, I check back here periodically simply because I cant call or text you anymore. I see Uncle Stan also checks on you from time to time here. Just recently, the day before the 5th anniversary of losing you, we had to go to the house to gather some belongings, some of which are photos of yourself or you and I that i never knew existed. I wish you had liked your photo taken more, I wish i had more to go back to, I even found letters from when you were younger and everyone actually called you little ding. I spent years wondering the truth behind that. You'll always be their Little Ding, I'll always be your Little Buddy... But Ill always call you, Dad.
I love you, Dad. I miss you all the time and I know for a fact Amanda and Brittany do too.

Thank you for those who read through here from time to time too.

Amanda, Brittany and Cliff Jr.,
I was shocked and deeply saddened when I heard the news of your Dad's passing. Through the many years of you girl's sharing dance class together and watching you grow into fine young ladies and getting to know your Dad..he was always so proud of you both and his son Cliff Jr. It was very clear you were his everything. I know it is very hard to accept this sudden tragic loss right now; however, with time treasure the memories, the photos, the smiles shared and most importantly the time you shared with him...life is so precious..let us never take it for granted and those who mean the most to us..take the time to let them know... He is at peace now and with you in spirit, by your side always.
May you and your family find peace and again comfort in the memories!

Dear Ginish Family,
Cliff and I were friends from our time at Davies. Class of 1980...we had so much fun. He had to try to reign in his fun mischief when Cindy began her teaching career there. We always enjoyed each other's company!
May he Rest In Peace with his loving family...and may the rest of you know that he touched many lives in his time here on earth!
Sincerely,
Roberta Robbie (Meyer) Emery, Class President, Class of 1980, William M Davies

I will always remember Cliff's clam cake's n chowdah and fireworks shows. How he kindly talked me through those little repairs that have come with owning an old house. I was always amazed with the know-how he possessed in his head. A real "Macgyver".

My thoughts and prayers are with family.

My baby brother flies with the angles now,he dwells where Dad, Mom & Glenn have arrived at first. Your with the brother you spent so much time with. From I the big Ding to you the little Ding, your free, search out and make new again, you were the best at the moo, moo, cow, cow, ding a ling, one leg bent 90 degrees at the knee with a vigorous left to right swing, the recipient could never forget the gesture. Your children are doing their best right now, and family is there to assist them, worry not for them yet prepare for when they do arrive to be by your side some day once again.

My baby brother, has gone to rest, he now resides with Dad, Mom, and brother Glenn. I am sure they are off on new adventures, together again. Clifford was the best at,
""moo, moo, cow, cow, ding-a-ling,""
with 1 leg bent at the knee 90 degrees and swinging vigorously from left to right, it's impact towards the intended was quite memorable. It brought great laughs, satisfaction. From the Big Ding to the little ding, a greeting from and between 2 brothers, i wish you all the peace, you now have been granted. Seek all who have gone before you, re-live all the happy moments of life, heal what you can and truly want to, say high to Dad and Mom and Glenn and most importantly my Vesta, as well as all we have known together. Your 3 children know where they can call when they need that extra laugh, sincere advice if they seek it out with a hand or two from an Uncle who will always be available. Love ya Big Ding........
