David Desaulniers Obituary
David was supported by Seven Hills Foundation. He loved being with people. David enjoyed listening to music, dancing, and singing. He was a fan of fine dining, and especially liked the strawberry shortcake at Chelo's. He also enjoyed bowling and watching movies. David was an active participant in the R.I. Special Olympics for many years.
He is survived by his brother, Marc Joseph Desaulniers, of St. Louis, Mo.
His funeral will be held Monday at the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St., Woonsocket, beginning with visitation at 10 a.m., and a Catholic Prayer Service in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery is private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the John E Moran Foundation, P.O. Box 1163, Slatersville, RI 02876, in his memory would be appreciated.

David was a kind and gentle soul and part of a loving family, team, and community. It was a privilege to be his coach many years ago. The love and support that was given by his family was evident by their presence at competitions. Marc, so sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories of playing games with David (always Sonic the Hedgehog) when my grandpa and Muriel would babysit me during the summers. Rest in peace, David.
