Francis Monteiro Obituary
Born in Woonsocket, son of the late Earl Monteiro and Leona (Peloquin) Monteiro Thivierge.
He worked in Shipping and receiving for Globe Distribution and TMS for several years.
He was a United States Army Veteran. He was a graduate of New England Technical Institute and received a degree in HVAC.
Pete enjoyed spending time with his family, and was a devoted husband, father and Pepere.
Besides his beloved wife Suzanne, he is survived by two daughters, Lisa and her husband Philip Gagnon of Woonsocket and Melissa and her husband George Belleville of Woonsocket. One sister; Patricia Franchesi of North Smithfield and one brother, Michael Monterio. Four grandchildren, Mekaila Monteiro, Marissa Monteiro, Katelyn Gagnon and Michael Belleville.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph Church, 1200 Mendon Rd. Woonsocket, RI. Relatives and friends are invited. Military Honors will follow.
Burial will be private. The S.DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI is in charge of the arrangements.

Our beloved neighbor for the past twenty years, Pete was the kindest, friendliest and caring family man who possessed the highest integrity and respect. I am blessed to have known him, and will pray for and remember him always. Rest easy my friend, watch over your beautiful family. Peace brother! See you again someday...
