Jacqueline Auger Obituary
She was the wife of the late Raymond Auger, Sr. She was born in RI, daughter of the late Auguste & Oringa (Vanasse) Marcoux.
Jackie was a loving homemaker and member of St. Patrick's Rosary & Altar Society, The Lazarus Ministry, Miraculous Medal Promoter, Inter-Parish Senior Group and was a Glocester meal site volunteer.
She is survived by her sons, Eric Auger of Pawtucket and Raymond Auger of Glocester, daughters, Paulette Fitzgerald of Lempster, NH and Denise Auger of Foster, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Albert "Punk" Marcoux of Lincoln, Laurier "Guy' Marcoux of Harrisville, Sr. Solange Marcoux of Manchester, NH and Camille Connell of Pascoag.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Mathias "Match" Marcoux, Bertrand Marcoux, Laure "Salty" Pepler, Jeanne Lawrence, Marguerite "Margo" Robitaille and Cecile Rainey.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30am from the Brown Funeral Home, 1496 Victory Hwy., Oakland, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Patrick's Church in Harrisville. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Pascoag. Calling hours will be Friday from 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509 New York, NY 10018. www.brownfuneralhomes.com
