James Collins Obituary
Jay was employed at BPS Corp. in Woonsocket.
His most enjoyable times were scuba diving, boating, fishing and football. He was an avid New England Patriots fan. Jay also played hockey in his younger years and was a former coach for Special Olympics.
Besides his wife Tabitha and mother Mary he is survived by his four children, Noah, Jaiden, Arianna and Michael. One sister, Kelly Chattman and her husband Mamadou of Woonsocket. Four nieces and one nephew and several grand nieces and nephews. He also leaves his canine companion Buddy.
A Funeral Home Service will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 3 PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are from 1-3 PM prior to the service.
