Keith McCarthy Obituary
He was born in Providence, RI son of the late George & Doris (Perrault) McCarthy.
Keith was owner & operator KA. McCarthy Inc. He was a life long Burrillville resident, where he attended school and graduated from Burrillville High School where he was an outstanding football player. He was a avid fan of the New England Patriots. Keith always acknowledged his siblings as his best friends.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his son, Keith A. McCarthy, Jr. and his wife Jennifer, his granddaughters, Halle and Ellah, and his twin sister, Kathleen Fontenault and her husband Robert, (Keith's best friend), all of Burrillville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Monday at 9:30am from the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am in Our Lady of Good Help Church in Mapleville Burial will be private. Calling hours Sunday from 4 until 7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 222 Richmond St., Providence, RI. 02903

I remember Keith as a kind, quiet guy who, at the end of elementary school, negotiated a dramatic voice change with remarkable grace. At one of those excruciating school events, he kindly asked a very awkward, bookish girl to dance. The song was Hey, Jude. Thanks for asking, Keith. Rest in Peace. My heart goes out to sister Kate and other loved ones.
