Elaine,
I have been thinking of you and your family, and am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. Thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. The Kirby family shares your grief. We were very lucky our Moms were so well cared for at Ballou Home. It was a pleasure to know you and your Mom. With deep sympathy,
Jean

To Elaine and family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss of Terry. I had the privilege to know Terry at the Ballou Home for almost 4 years. Terry was such a sweet and kind person. She always wanted to participate in activities. Anything from exercise to bingo and special sing alongs. Terry enjoyed laughing, eating any kind of sweets and always dressed impeccable. She will be greatly missed.
With love, Christine Lanctot
