Maria Gonsalves Obituary
Maria came to the U.S. and settled in Pawtucket 58 years ago. She worked at Narragansett Braid in Central Falls and Monet Jewelers in Pawtucket. She loved cooking, baking, day trips with the family and getting together with friends and spending time out.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Vale and her husband John and Evelyn Gonsalves; 5 grandchildren, Andrew Vale, Jennifer Vale, Kevin Vale, Eric Baptista and Brandon Baptista. She was the sister of the late Henrique DaBurgo and Antonio Burgo.
Her funeral will be held Monday, May 16th at 9 a.m. in Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Edwards Church, Weeden St., Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be Sunday from 4 - 8 pm. For online condolences visit www.thekeefefuneralhome.com.
