Marjorie M. Golombiewski

PAWTUCKET - Marjorie M. Golombiewski, 82, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016. She was the wife of the late Joseph Golombiewski until his death in 1986. She was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late John and Laura (Harris) Marshall and she was a lifelong resident of the Blackstone Valley. Marjorie was an inventory control clerk for Burlington Coat Factory prior to her retirement. Marjorie loved to travel to Cape Cod and she enjoyed going to the movies and watching the Patriots. She was a proud member of the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut.
She leaves her devoted son Joseph and his wife Mary Ann Golombiewski of Pawtucket, a sister Julia Marshall of Pawtucket, her loving granddaughter Robin and her husband Dana Keeley of Seekonk, two great-granddaughters, Brittney and Christina Keeley, and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. She also leaves her long-time companion Frank Piasecki of Pawtucket. She was the sister of the late Robert and John Marshall.
Her funeral will be held from the Darlington Mortuary, l. Heroux & Son, 1042 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 12:15 p.m. with a service in the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Calling hours in the funeral home on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. John Paul II Parish or Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island in Marjorie's memory would be appreciated
