Michael Plante Obituary
Born in Attleboro, MA., he was the son of the late Albert and Lorraine (Doyon) Plante. He resided in Lincoln for the past 6 years, previously residing in Pawtucket.
Mike was an avid woodworker and enjoyed golf, hockey, and basketball, but most of all enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He was a supervisor for Texas Instruments, Attleboro for 30 years until his retirement. He also worked for several years at Twin River as well as at Atlantic Golf.
He is survived by his two daughters; Lisa M. Sweet and her husband Timothy M. Sweet Esq.; and Michelle A. Turcotte and her husband Kyle D. Turcotte all of Lincoln. His brother David R. Plante of South Attleboro, MA. One sister Pamela M. Plante of Smithfield. His two grandchildren, Maura and Joey, along with several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Virginia Bertrand.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Michael's Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 1 to 4 PM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland. A prayer service will be held at 4 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

My sincerest condolences to Mike's family on the loss of this wonderful man. I worked with Mike at TI and you could not have known a more mild-mannered gentleman. I know that his family meant the world to him as he would always talk about his wife and daughters. My thoughs and prayers are with all of you.
