Mildred Majkut Obituary
Born in Pawtucket she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Caroline ( Przekop ) Kolek. She was a life long resident of Pawtucket.
Before retiring Mildred was employed as an Office Clerk for the former Rhode Island Secretary Of State Susan Farmer. She received an Associates Degree from Bryant College.
Mrs. Majkut leaves her loving family Sharon Rezzuti and her husband Thomas of Millis, MA, Susan Parente and her husband Gary of Viera, FL, Caroline Majkut of Cumberland, William Majkut, Mark Majkut and his wife Melody all of Pawtucket and Michael Majkut of Cumberland, twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Evelyn Czepiel.
The funeral for Mrs. Majkut will be held Thursday November 10, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High Street Central Falls with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church 391 High Street Central Falls at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend. CALLING HOURS THURSDAY FROM 8:30 A.M. TO 9:30 A.M. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery, East Providence.

Sharon, Susan, Carrie, Billy, Michael and Mark and Family....
Our deepest sympathy to you and yours. Memories of your Mom and our childhood neighborhood takes us way back to being a kid again....such a long time ago. Remembering your Mom as quick, vivacious and amazing, as she was smart and witty. She was disciplined, and she and your Dad raised a wonderful family. Most certainly, she strived for perfection at its best....and you knew it, too. Yes, that was "Millie"...to us and to those who've known her thru the years. May God bless.

Dear Cousins,
My thoughts are with all of you. I hope you have peace in knowing that your mom was well cared for in her final years and she passed peacefully. We wish we could be there for you, but won't be returning home until the evening. We miss all of you.
