It was my great fortune to have known Nancy Hudson as my father's business partner for decades. I also knew Nancy as a member of St. James Episcopal Church and was impressed with all her charitable endeavors. Nancy attended my wedding in 1986. Nancy was always included in our family gatherings. We always exchanged holiday greetings after I moved away from Woonsocket. The world is a better place for having had Nancy engaged in it. Alas, alack, Woonsocket has lost a font of charity and a historian of great repute. Now rest, Nancy. It is well deserved.
