Norma Stevens Obituary
Born in Rutland, VT she was the daughter of the late Gerald O. and Winifred A. (Boland) Stevens. She resided in Pawtucket for the past 40 years previously living in Hoosick Falls, NY.
Norma was employed by the CCL Custom Mfg. Corp., Cumberland for 22 years until her retirement. She was a member of the St. Stanislaw Polish Society, Hoosick Falls, NY.
Besides Betty she leaves two children, Robert Stevens of Pawtucket and Norma Lohnes of Virginia Beach, VA. Two brothers, William Stevens of Mississippi; Charles Stevens of Hoosick Falls; two sisters, Valarie Stevens and Geraldine Mason both of Hoosick Falls. Also surviving are a stepdaughter, Lynn Ainsburg of Lincoln and two grandchildren, Joshua Lohnes and Krystle Stevens and a great granddaughter, Ramsey Lynn Lohnes.
A celebration of her life will be held Wednesday morning with a service at 10 a.m. in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122, Cumberland. Relatives and friends may call Wednesday morning at 9:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Burial will be private. Directions/Guest Book: jjduffyfuneralhome.com

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, I can only imagine the heartbreak you are both experiencing. I know how much she meant to both of you, and how close you held her to your hearts. I know that there is nothing anyone can say to make it any easier or hurt any less. Just always remember the good, it will always over power the bad in times like this. I was able to be blessed with her greatness for years she is someone I will never forget. My heart is heavy for both of you today. I'm so sorry for your loss

I offer my condolences to friends and loved ones of Norma Stevens.
I have many fond memories of Norma, that are shared by my family. Norma was someone I most definitely admired. I realized she wasn't as intimidating as she appeared. She was more courageous because Norma, was comfortable with herself and her individuality. She owned her style, and didn't waver. She was quiet, but stern. She was funny and kind. Norma shared holidays, parties and in family functions with us. I remember Norma camping with us all. Mom, Dad, Aunt Brenda...
She will be sadly missed, and proudly remembered.
May you find comfort and peace in your memories of her, always.
