Paul L. "Chops" Lambert

MASHPEE - Paul L. "Chops" Lambert, 61, of Mashpee, Ma, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends at the McCarthy Care Center in Sandwich on June 11, after a 5 year long valiant and courageous battle with T-Cell Lymphoma.
He was born in Woonsocket, RI, the son of Jean-Paul Lambert and Alice Ouellet Lambert.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Lorraine (Fortier) Lambert, his daughter Lynn Bouley of Woonsocket, and her husband Brian. He leaves a sister, Lise Lambert of Mashpee, and her husband David Rehm.
Also, step children, Cheryl Fortier of Australia, Michael Fortier of Attleboro and his husband Richard Amaral, Steven Fortier of North Carolina, and his wife Pamela, David Fortier of Glendale, RI, and his wife Lynn and Douglas Fortier of Woonsocket.
He is also survived by 9 grandchildren. Before becoming disabled four years ago, he was employed by Fresenius Medical Company.
He was a lifetime member and previous officer the Cercle Laurier and the IWC men's club, both located in Woonsocket, RI. He has been active in raising funds for the Jimmy Fund for many years.
He was a kind and loving person who was blessed with many friends.
Being an avid fisherman he gathered many trophies though the years.
