Peg Sargeson

LINCOLN - Peg (Cooper) Sargeson, 87, of Lincoln passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Mount St. Rita's Health Centre, Cumberland surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Robert H. Sargeson. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Willis and Thetis (Livingston) Cooper, she had lived in Lincoln for the past 57 years.
Peg was the payroll administrator for the Lincoln School Department for 25 years before retiring. She served as the President of the Lonsdale PTA.
She was a member of Candleberry Chapel in Attleboro, Massachusetts where she also served as a deacon. She was a member and Past President of the Cumberland-Lincoln Community Chorus.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Susan L. Annon and Debra A. Carney, both of Lincoln, and Donna B. Parmin of Colorado Springs, CO; one son, Robert P. Sargeson of Sage, AR; one sister, Lucy Urick of Bonita Springs, FL; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late George Cooper.
Her Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 16 at 11 A.M. in Candleberry Chapel, 381 South Main Street, Attleboro, MA.
