Peter Turcotte Obituary
He is survived by his daughters, Sarah Dowds, Jennifer Turcotte, and Jamie Turcotte; three grandchildren, Margaret, Eleanor, and Maxwell Dowds; four siblings, Lois Stevens, Ann Pruefer, Ruth Turcotte, and Stephen Turcotte, and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Anthony Turcotte.
Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours this Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 4-7 p.m. in the Hoey-Arpin-Williams-King Funeral Home, 168 Academy Avenue, Providence. The funeral and burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI, 02904, or the Alzheimer's Association-RI Chapter, 245 Waterman Street, Suite 306, Providence, RI, 02906.

My condolences to all members of the Turcotte family. I am
saddened to hear of Peter's passing. I was a colleague of
Peters' for a substantial period of time.
I had the pleasure of working with Peter In the Woonsocket
office .I shall remember his great sense of humor and consider
it a privilege to have had the opportunity to know and work with Peter. He was a fun guy to be around.
Again, I am very sorry to hear of Peter's passing. May God bless

I knew Peter at First Unitarian Church on the East Side. What a nice man! He always helped with ushering. I enjoyed his company, and have missed him at church. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. Sympathy to you all.--Beth Anterni

I am so sad to hear of Peter's passing. Though I haven't seen him in many years, I have nothing but the fondest memories of Peter. My prayers are with Steve- one of my first friends in RI- and with the whole Turcotte family.

Peter was significantly involved with the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis, he was a board member of the Rhode Island Advancement of Psychoanalysis. Peter had an unending desire to see justice served, correctly.
