Philippe Dubuc Obituary

ATTLEBORO - Philippe G. Dubuc, 92, of Attleboro passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2016 in the Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Attleboro. He was the loving husband of the late Gloria (LeBlanc) Dubuc.
Born on February 27, 1924 in Quebec, Canada, he was a son of the late Charles and Georgiana Dubuc.
Philippe was 1 of 13 children and was the last of his siblings to pass away. He moved to America at the age of 6 and grew up in Pawtucket, RI. Philippe was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
Philippe worked as an auto repair technician for various auto body shops throughout his life. He was a longtime member of the Knight of Columbus Council #5876.
He is survived by his three children, Robert Dubuc and his wife Ann of Attleboro, Denise LaPierre and her husband Steve of New York and Richard Dubuc and his wife Denise of Attleboro; his grandchildren, Michelle Girardi of Attleboro, Kathleen Kielty of Narragansett, Robin Pagano of Attleboro, Jeffery Dubuc, Johnathan Dubuc and Evan Dubuc all of Attleboro; great grandchildren, Drew and Jonathan Pagano of Attleboro, Sean, Aidan and Sierra Kielty all of Narragansett, Grace Girardi of Attleboro and Hunter and Breyer Dubuc of Attleboro.
He was the grandfather of the late Eric Dubuc.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a memorial Mass on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 10 a.m., in St. Theresa the Child Jesus Church, 18 Baltic St., South Attleboro, MA.
At the request of the family, visiting hours are respectfully omitted and burial will be private.
