Robert Bernier Obituary

HARRISVILLE - Robert R. Bernier, Sr., 68, of Harrisville, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 29th at home with his family by his side. He was the husband of Denise (Carpentier) Bernier. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Henry Bernier and Bertha (Paget) Bernier.
He is survived by his daughter Tammy (Bernier) McClure and her husband Gordon McClure Jr. of Pascoag and son Robert R. Bernier Jr. of North Providence, 2 granddaughters Meghan McClure and Nicole Martin, 1 grandson Matthew McClure, 4 sisters Theresa, Claire, Debbie and Linda, 6 brothers Eddie, Henry, Wilfred, Norman, Michael, Gerard, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister Cecilia and five brothers Roger, Richard, Ronald, Paul, and Leo, Also survived by "daughter-on-law Dawn Martin Gagnon of Foster.
Burial will be private.

R.I.P Uncle Bobby..I am sure Mem and Pep were waiting for you at the golden gate,like they did for my mom and all your brothers in heaven. Tammy ,Robbie and Family, I am soooo sorry my cousins,Your dad was a great kindhearted man and A great Uncle, He loved parchessi still remember our parents playing that game every week. :) I use to play with ,y mom amd kids she loved that game and now I own that game and play with my kids and grandkids.:) Must be a Bernier thing..Please know that you's are all in my thoughts and prayers.
