Robert E. Burbank

BURRILLVILLE - Robert E. Burbank, 84, of Harrisville, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of the late Mona (Auger) Burbank. Born in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Elmer and Ella (Paquette) Burbank and his birth mother Juliette LaFrancois.
Robert had worked as an Internal Auditor for First National Store in Summerville, MA and as a custodian for the Burrillville School System. He was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Pascoag.
He is survived by three sons: Edward J. Burbank of Manville, Michael J. Burbank of Cumberland and Robert A. Burbank of Pascoag; two daughters: Mary Christine Langlois of Pascoag and Donna M. Dupere of Smithfield; two brothers: Robert Tewksbury of Texas and Lee Tewksbury of Maine; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was the brother of the late Donald Tewksbury and Barbara Garrepy.
His funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 8:30 from the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 183 Sayles Ave. Pascoag. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Main St., Pascoag. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM.
