Robert Patrick Goucher Jr.

NORTH SMITHFIELD - Robert Patrick Goucher, Jr., 67, of North Smithfield, died Wednesday, Dec 23, 2015, surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of the late Robert P. Goucher, Sr. and the late Elizabeth (Burke) Goucher, raised in Lincoln and lived with his daughter and family in North Smithfield for the past 22 years.
Robert retired from work after 40 years of service at Federal Products/Esterline.
He loved playing chess with his grandchildren, loved music very much and always related songs as lessons when teaching his children and grandchildren life lessons. Although Robert will be greatly missed, his family is comforted by the fact that he is at home with God and reunited with his late parents and son.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Marie (Goucher) Walkow and her husband Jeff Walkow of North Smithfield and one brother, Lawrence Goucher; seven grandchildren, Justin Walkow, Stephanie Walkow, Jacob Walkow, Matthew Walkow, Erin Goucher, Morgan Perry, Paige Bagley ; two great grandchildren, Cameron Walkow, Kolton Robertson. He was the father of the late Jason Robert Goucher.
His funeral will be celebrated Tuesday, December 29th at 9 A.M. from Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Jude's Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
