Rosilda C. Robert

PAWTUCKET - Rosilda C. Robert, 101, passed away at the Holiday Retirement Home, Lincoln on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. She was the wife of the late Louis Raymond Robert until his death in 1999. She was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late Victor and Clarinda (Arel) Nolette and she was a lifelong resident of the Blackstone Valley. Rosilda was a clerk at Ann & Hope, Cumberland for many years until her retirement in 1974.
She leaves a son, Henry and his wife Irene Larosee of Estero, FL, and three sisters, Cecile Canoti, Eva DeConti, and Pauline Lambert, a granddaughter, Victoria Crowder, 4 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She was the grandmother of the late Brenda Brady, great-grandmother of the late Marc Brady, and sister of the late Albert "Ricky" Nolette, Mary Blanchette, Therese Mitchell, and Rene Nolette.
Her funeral will be held from the Darlington Mortuary, L. Heroux & Son, 1042 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at St.Mathieu's Church, Holy Spirit Parish 1030 Dexter Street, Central Falls. Her burial will be private in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours in the funeral home on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Youth Group of the First Baptist Church, 20300 Trailside Drive, Estero, FL 33928 in her memory would be appreciated.
