Sandra L. Lemay

1943 - 2016

PAWTUCKET - Sandra L. (Wild) Lemay, 73, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the late Ernest P. Lemay. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late William T. and Margaret T. (Grant) Wild.
Sandra was the store manager at Weintraub Silk & Fabric Shops, Inc., Pawtucket for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her sons at both the Rhode Island and the Edgewood Yacht Clubs. Sandra also enjoyed boating, going on cruises, visiting Walt Disney World with her grandchildren and camping with friends and family. Above all she was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Sandra leaves two sons, Paul C. Lemay and his wife, Renee of North Smithfield and Kenneth S. Lemay and his wife, Jennifer of North Attleboro; three grandchildren, Johnathan, Stephanie and Grace Lemay; a great-grandson, Caleb Lemay and a brother, William T. Wild, II.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Edward Church, 396 Weeden St., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery. VISITATION will be Friday 4 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904 will be appreciated.
