Veronica "Ronnie" Asermely

Veronica Asermely, "Ronnie", 93, passed peacefully on August 13th. She was the wife of the late Samuel Asermely. Born in, and a lifelong Central Falls resident, a daughter of the late Michael and Margaret (O'Neil) Kenny.
She had worked many years for the state lunch program at Ella Risk School, Central Falls. Veronica was an avid dancer.
She is survived by three daughters; Maureen Carter and her husband Jack, Cheryl Healey and her husband Daniel, and Carol Fazioli and her husband Ted, seven grandchildren. John, Leigh, Lori, Daniel, Philip, Samuel, and Catherine, and three great grandchildren Jake, Jenna, and Ty. She was the sister of the late Fred and Frank Kenny and Catherine Casper.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday August 19th at 9:30 AM in Holy Spirit Parish, Dexter St., Central Falls, followed by burial in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4PM - 7PM in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. In Lieu of flowers a random act of kindness would be appreciated.
