Viola Cavanaugh Obituary
Born in Cumberland she was a daughter of the late William A. and Sophie (Gamdzik) Kapinos. She lived in Pawtucket for the past 9 years and was formerly of Central Falls.
Before retiring Viola was employed as a Sales Clerk for the former Stuarts Department Store and was later employed by Dollar Depot of Pawtucket.
Viola is survived by her loving daughter in law Judith T. Cavanaugh of Johnston. She was the mother of the late William T. Cavanaugh Jr. and the sister of the late William W. Kapinos. She was the long time companion of the late Vangel Gity.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday April 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High Street Central Falls with a Celebration Of Her Life in the Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend. CALLING HOURS WEDNESDAY FROM 10:00 A.M. TO 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.

Many childhood memories with Vi and Billy. She made the best pancakes! Now reunited with her Bills...husband, son and brother.
I am sure she'll be laughing like crazy with my mom, Joyce and others who gathered to pay cards on so many Saturday nights.
