Wanda Szlachciuk Obituary
Born in Domaszew, Poland she was a daughter of Marian and Genowefa (Dyminska) Lozinski of Bellingham. She lived in Pawtucket for the past 50 years.
Before retiring, Wanda owned and operated Vis-A-Vis Travel Agency of South Attleboro for 30 years.
Besides her husband and parents, she leaves one daughter, Katherine Trepanier, and her husband Sylvain of Rehoboth; one son, Paul Szlachciuk, and his wife Michaela, of Seekonk; one sister, Elizabeth Kasper of Hopkinton, Mass.; one brother Richard Lozinski of Bellingham; five granddaughters, one great grandson, nieces and nephews.
The funeral for Mrs. Szlachciuk will be held Thursday, Oct. 15 at 8:30 a.m., from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home, 342 High Street, Central Falls, RI, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church, 391 High Street, Central Falls, at 10 a.m.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery, East Providence.

Thank you so much to Wanda Szlachciuk, the classy Lady with an enchanting smile who has helped so many Polish people to connect with their families and friends in Poland. I find it so hard to believe that it has been 30 years since I made my first stop at your initial High Street, Central Falls, RI Vis-a-Vis Service location to send a small package to Poland. Although I find it so hard to believe that you have departed to a place that offers abundance of flowers for your beautiful hat to complement your always sunny disposition, please keep smiling on us Wanda - especially your family who miss you greatly and need all the support they can get during this difficult time.

I cannot express how sorry we all are at Wanda's passing. She was a lovely lady! I'm sure she is now reunited with her beloved, Hercules, and spoiling him again with his bacon treats.
