Wilfred Lorenger Obituary
He worked for 45 years as a Machinist for Taft-Pierce Manufacturing Company, Woonsocket, retiring in 1981. Ray was a member of the International Association of Machinists and a past member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his nephew, Raymond Cournoyer and his wife Carol of Woonsocket; Paul Cournoyer and his wife Paulette of Woonsocket and niece, Louise Baron of Woonsocket. Besides his wife, Yvette, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jeannette Cournoyer.
His funeral will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2016 beginning with visitation at 9:30 AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 1200 Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Precious Blood Cemetery, Rathbun St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
