William Wiegand Obituary
He was the husband of Beatrice (Corriveau) Wiegand and the late Genevieve A. (Odomorok) Wiegand. Born in Clark County, Mo., he was the son of the late Henry B. and Nellie Mae (Gibson) Wiegand.
Mr. Wiegand was a crew leader for Avery Dennison in Holliston, Mass. for 35 years, retiring in 1999. He was a member of St. James Episcopal Church. Mr. Wiegand was a St. Louis Cardinal fan. He served Navy seaman during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Besides his wife, he leaves his son, Ronald J. Wiegand and his wife Erin of Cumberland; his granddaughter, Alyssa Wiegand of Cumberland; and four stepchildren, Denise DeConte of Burrillville, Andre Remillard of Ariz., Russell Remillard of Woonsocket, and John Remillard of Cumberland.
His funeral will be held Friday, Sept. 9, 2016 in St. James Episcopal Church, 24 Hamlet Ave., Woonsocket, beginning with visitation at 10:30 a.m. and followed by a service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket.

RIP. Billy. We had a lot of great times at Avery Dennison. I will always remember you for giving me $2.00 for gas so I could get home on my first day of work 50 years ago. You will always be known to me as "Uncle Billy". You will always have a special place in my heart. I know you are going to a better place.
