Everett Raddatz Obituary

Everett H. Raddatz, 91, of Beloit, WI, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Willowick Assisted Living. Everett was born at home on October 11, 1933 to Ernest and Ruby (Brown) Raddatz in Clinton, WI. He was patriotic and served his country in the U. S. Army from 1954-1956. Everett married Lois Peifer on December 16, 1967 in Rockford, IL. Everett liked his job as a mobile crane operator at Beloit Corporation and he worked for 38 years, retiring in 1998. He spent his retirement years watching old western movies and wrestling, working on wood projects, and was part of the Wendy's lunch group. Survivors include his wife, Lois; son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Chris Raddatz; his furry grandchildren, Ella and Sydney; niece, nephews, other friends and neighbors. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Maurice (Barbara) Jones and Herbert (Doris) Jones; and a sister, Pearl (Clarence) Heyerdahl. The family would like to thank the compassionate staff at Willowick Assisted Living for their wonderful care. Their gratitude also extends to Beloit Regional Hospice. A visitation of remembrance for Everett will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, June 8, 2025 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI. Private family burial will be held in Mt. Thabor Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his name to Beloit Regional Hospice.
