Jennifer R. Elmer

Jennifer R. Elmer, 48, of Beloit, WI, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born January 7, 1977 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of Dennis and Marsha (Milligan) Elmer. Jennifer was a 1995 Beloit Memorial High School graduate. Jennifer was a hard worker and was employed by Taco Johns, McDonalds and many banks in the community where her great memory for numbers came in handy. She enjoyed being a child care giver as well as assisting people with Alzheimer's. She was a member of the Red Hats Society as a Pinkie in the Borderline Bells Chapter. She enjoyed traveling, vacationing with family and friends especially going to Eden Valley, MN. She loved the beach and country music concerts. Jennifer loved playing cards and games and purple was her favorite color. She enjoyed creating Diamond art and loved anything Paris related. Jennifer had a big heart and was proudly known as an aunt to many of her friend's children. She was an avid Green Bay Packer, Wisconsin Badger and Milwaukee Brewer fan, and looked forward to attending games with her friends and family. Survivors include her parents, Dennis and Marsha Elmer; aunts and uncles, George (Yevonne) Milligan of Hixton, WI, Barbi Milligan of Eden Prairie, MN, Dudley (Ann) Rhoades of Estero, FL, Peggy Robertson of Beloit, WI, David Siebel of Selmer, TN, Tina Elmer of Janesville, WI, and Brenda Darwin of Rockford, IL; many cousins and friends; godparents, Gary and Nora Gard. Jennifer was predeceased by her grandparents; aunts, Patricia Siebel, Joanna Colson, and Beverly Kuhle; uncles, Daniel Elmer and David Darwin. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Beloit Memorial Hospital, Dr. Nabrinsky, Dr. Robertson, the staff at Beloit Health and Rehab and the staff at Beloit Regional Hospice. Also Crystal Madison for her friendship and caregiving to Jennifer. A Memorial service for Jennifer will be held at 12:00p.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2025 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd., Beloit, WI, with Rev. Gene Van Galder officiating. A visitation of remembrance will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service in the funeral home.
