Angel House Obituary

Angel D. House, age 50 of Indianapolis, formerly of Linton, passed away peacefully, at her home, on Sunday, August 17, 2025. She was born in Linton, the daughter of James House and Darlene (Dicus) Edmonson. Angel worked at Navastar for several years in Indianapolis. She enjoyed spending time with her son and extended family, the outdoors, and taking drives to visit with family and friends. She is survived by her son, Kaleb House of Indianapolis; her companion of over 20 years, James Hornsby; a sister, Jennifer Moore; a brother, Chris Edmonson (Kendrah); and several nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was also survived by her special close family friends, Terri McCain, Jo Clodfelter, and Karen McKane. She was preceded in death by her father, James House, her mother, Darlene Edmonson, her step-father, Jim Edmonson, and a special cousin, Brenda Daniels. Visitation will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
