David Littlejohn Obituary

David L. Littlejohn, 77, of Terre Haute passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. He was born on July 31, 1948, in Fargo, North Dakota to Glenn Amos Littlejohn and Virginia June Doerr Littlejohn. He attended North Dakota State University. David came to Terre Haute in the early 1970's to work as a photographer for WTWO. He was proud to be there when they switched from black and white to color. He was a department manager at K-Mart and worked in insurance and telecommunications. David was a private pilot, a member of the Civil Air Patrol, and was an avid HAM radio operator. He volunteered for the Salvation Army and Reeves Hall. David always had a dog, usually a beagle; but he learned to love cats too. David is survived by his wife of 50 years, Phyllis, siblings Don Littlejohn (Martha), Janet Warner, Karen Knobbs (Newell), and Sue Stein (David). Cremation was entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home.
