Debra Rene "Debbie" Ayers

Debra "Debbie" Rene Ayers, age 61, of Linton, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She was born in Bloomington, Indiana on January 20, 1964, the daughter of Clellan & Wilma E. (McPike) Thornton. She was a graduate of Bloomington South High School. She worked at Baxter Pharmaceuticals for 15 years and enjoyed spending time with her family/ Debbie is survived by her brother, James Keith Thornton of Cortland, Ohio as well as nine nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Norman E. Ayers; sister, Allison Thornton and sister-in-law, Deborah Thornton.
