Glenna Bucy Obituary

Glenna Bucy, age 95, of Spencer, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at 4:45 pm on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at home. She was born in Freedom, Indiana on August 15, 1929, the daughter of Albert Earl Hahn and Eva (Thompson) Hahn. Glenna was a 1947 graduate of Freedom High School. She married Leonard L. Bucy on September 10, 1949 and they shared 59 wonderful years together until his passing on October 19, 2008. Glenna was a homemaker all her life. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and cooking for her family. She is survived by her children; Rodney (Jane) Bucy of Avon, Charles (Patty) Bucy of North Salem, Tim (Lyn) Bucy of Spencer, Kevin (Lori) Bucy of Bloomington, Kris (Julie) Bucy of Bowling Green, Sheryl (Mike) Mader of Spencer, Karen (Rob) Clark of Nashville; 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brother Robert Hahn of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her husband; siblings, Zelpha White, Maxine Skirvin, Neva Lockwood, Avis Schooler, Oren Hahn, Rosalee Strouse, Annis Hahn, and Norma Hahn. Funeral service will be held at the Shiloh Wesley Church on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Doctor Diane Wells officiating. Visitation will be held at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home on Monday, February 24, 2025 from 4-8 P.M., and from 9:00 A.M. Tuesday until the time of service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shiloh Wesley Church. Online condolences can be sent at www.westparrishpedigo.com.
