Larry VanArsdall Obituary

Larry VanArsdall, 83, passed away on June 22, 2025. He was born on May 10, 1942 to Ralph and Doris (Allen) VanArsdall at St. Anthony Hospital in Terre Haute. His Doctor was Dr. Ragle VanArsdall. Larry was a school teacher at Winamac High School until he retired and returned to Farmersburg, where he lived until his passing. He is survived by his sister Karen Cooper, brother-in-law Charles A. Cooper, niece Kimberly Tesmer, and a great niece Emeline Tesmer. Friends from childhood John Skene and several cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his aunts and uncle. Visitation will be Friday, June 27, 2025 from 10 am to 12 pm at the First Presbyterian Church of Farmersburg with funeral services beginning at 12 pm. Burial will follow at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Hymera. Online condolences can be left at www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
