Lora Jackson Obituary

Lora Leigh (Dwigans) Jackson, age 60, of Quincy, Indiana passed away Friday, August 1, 2025 at her residence. She was born on October 4, 1964 in Patricksburg, Indiana to Ted Dwigans Sr. and Patricia Smith. Lora attended Owen Valley High School and retired as a meat cutter for IGA. She enjoyed scrapping, outdoor bbq's and spending time with her family. Lora is survived by her husband, Gary Carter; children, Robert Jackson, Teddy Kennedy, and Joshua Carter; several grandchildren; siblings, Chuck (Donna) Dwigans, Brenda Long, Darlena (Steve) Sides, Luanne (Eric) Timberlake; and close friend Christie Yost. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers Fred Jennings and Teddy Dwigans Jr. No services are currently being planned.
