Jeanne Vincent Obituary
It is with sorrowful hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Jeanne Vincent, 67, a resident of Tippah County, who entered her Heavenly home on Friday, September 19, 2025, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Unity Baptist Church, with Bro. Ronnie Barefield officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and Monday, September 22, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until service time, all at Unity Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Unity Baptist Church Cemetery.
Born October 12, 1957, in Kellogg, Idaho, to the late Jack and Kay Wingo Divers, Mrs. Jeanne was a 1975 graduate of Pine Grove High School and later that year on May 11, married her beloved husband of fifty years, Rex, who survives.
Rex and Jeanne shared a beautiful life and were blessed with one son, Robert Vincent, who preceded her in death. A faithful member of Unity Baptist Church, she was active in the ladies' group and the Senior Ladies Sunday School Class, and she deeply loved her church family. Mrs. Jeanne loved the Lord and eagerly anticipated the day she would meet her Savior. She loved to travel, and spending time at the lake, but above all else, she loved her family and friends. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving grandmother, a cherished friend, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to treasure her memory include her husband, Rex; two grandchildren, Owen and Luke Vincent; one niece, Christy Bell of Tupelo; one nephew, Bradley Bell of Columbus; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Robert, and one sister, Cathy Pilgrim.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Adam Bryant, Keith Bryant, Tom Connor, Kenny Cook, Mickey Moore, Bobby Paseur, Christopher Paseur, and Dwade Howell, along with Jimmy Howell and Randy Smith serving as honorary pallbearers.
