Judson Riley "Jud" Morris

Judson "Jud" Riley Morris Baldwyn- Judson Riley Morris, 47, died tragically at his home in September 28, 2025. He was born on October 25, 1977. Jud's path was not an easy one. He made mistakes that led him to prison. Even so, he was more than the worst things he had done. He was loved by his family and he will be missed. Though complicated, his story was not finished and that is part of the loss his family feels most deeply. Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Thursday, October 09, 2025 @ 4:00 p. m. with Bro. Joe McIntire officiating. Burial will be in Prentiss Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his sons, Elijah Scales and Braylon Morris; his mother, Melaine Long; his step-mother, Susan Morris; his sisters, Mandy Robinson (Terry) and Abby Hill (Chase); his grandmothers, Peggy Feltman and Janice Tarpley; several nieces and nephews; host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Riley Morris; grandparents, James "PeeWee" and Agnes Morris, Bruce and Sis McElroy, Billy Paul Feltman and Richard Tarpley. Pallbearers will be Chase Hill, Terry Robinson, Pate Phillips, Rhett Phillips, Rush Phillips and David Griffin. Honorary pallbearers will be his co-workers @ Griffin Farms. Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 p. m.
