Brenda Parsons Obituary
BRENDA SUE (FIELDS) PARSONS, 78, of Millwood, WV, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at WVU Medicine Camden Clark, Parkersburg, following an extended illness.
She was born December 4, 1944, in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Roy Fields and Madge (Rhodes) Older. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, K.D. Hess.
Brenda retired from the Kroger Company as a Cashier in Charleston with 25 years of service. She enjoyed dancing, spending time with her grandchildren and was a loving mother and best friend to her daughter, Kelli.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Paul Parsons; daughter, Kelli Hess; step-children, Phillip Parsons and his wife, Jean, Pamela Hitt and her husband, Chuck and Paula Parsons; brother, Jerry Fields and his wife, Linda and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Service will be 3 p.m., Thursday, March 23, 2023, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV. Burial will follow in the Fairplain Cemetery, Fairplain, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 1 p.m., until time of service on Thursday, at the funeral home.

Brenda was my truly good friend.She was like a mom to me.I loved her dearly.I didn't get to see her in later years but I called and talked to her and checked on her.We have had so many laughs and great times together.I will always cherish her memory.I will see you on the other side and I will always love and remember you.
